The Tai Chi (Taiji)Form is known through out the world to thoroughly exercise all parts of the body. It gradually builds fitness and suppleness, without unnecessary strain and effort. Therefore, it can be utilised and effectively applied to all our everyday lives.

We have two classes in Exeter at our studioTime: Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm and Sunday 6.15-7.15pm
